I am interested in contributing to the broader intellectual culture. My biggest project in this vein is advocating for and participating in a field of inquiry about ethics that is analogous to art criticism--a manifesto on this is coming soon! Part of what I'm doing while at Princeton's University Center for Human Values in AY 21-22 is writing essays of ethical criticism. The plan is to publish some of them as a book. The closest thing to this below is my essay about Anthony Bourdain and the virtue of enthusiasm.
Below is a list of public facing things I've already done.
A video essay on the connections between poetry and philosophy for Penn's Big Ideas in Strange Times series
My contribution to Aesthetics for Birds' series 100 Philosophers, 100 Artworks, 100 Words series, on Kathleen Graber's America series of poems and the relationship between poetry and philosophy
