Your One Beauty

Thom finished Little Women this week. It started as a Pierson read-aloud when he stayed with his cousins this summer. Kate bought him his own copy when we left Nebraska, and he’s been working through it ever since. There were several Hardy Boys and hours on sports magazines, but he always went back to it. Admittedly, I’m not all that interested in the topics Thom favors these days, but I loved connecting over the March sisters.

“Mama, I think you’re Amy, Aunt Cake is Jo, and Auntie is Beth.”

Oh, Thom, please, please write me an essay with specific examples supporting those statements!

Oh, Thom! Very interesting! I look forward to reading his essay! And I still need to talk to him about the Parent Trap.
